Work package #1: Developing Inclusive Holocaust Education – Shared Past, Different Histories 

Partners: University of Education Upper Austria, Terraforming

Work package #1  sets up a framework of teachers, teacher trainees, and students in both the Sombor University in Serbia and the PH OÖ (Universtiy of Education) Upper Austria to develop, test, and evaluate joint activities regariding Holocaust lesson models and shared past but different histories of Austria and the Balkan region in today’s diverse classrooms. This work package aims to raise awareness and question the limits of national boundaries in history education and the challenges of fostering the merits of transnational exchange and collaboration.
